At Olympus at the Canyons, our pet-friendly community in Herriman, UT, embraces your furry friends! With no weight restrictions and a two-pet maximum, your cats and dogs can roam comfortably. Enjoy the freedom of pet-friendly living with easy access to scenic trails and parks right outside your door.

Our Pet Policy

Cats + Dogs
2-Pet Maximum w/ No Weight Restrictions
Monthly Pet Rent - $40/pet
1-Time Pet Fee - $250 per 1 pet or $350 per 2 pets
Pet Deposit - $250 per 1 pet or $350 per 2 pets
Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.

*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
